As a professional The Woodlands, Texas Newborn Baby Photographer and mom, I believe this is one of the most treasured and defining moments in your life! Your new baby will only be little for so long and a newborn session is the perfect way to capture this time so you and help you relive these moments forever! Your due date will be your place holder on my calendar. Once the baby(s) arrives, we schedule the session to take place ideally between 6 -14 days old. My Newborn Sessions are done at my home studio in The Woodlands, Texas. I specialize in newborn baby photography and have vast experience in newborn safety. I treat every little one like they are my own. I am licensed, insured and fully vaccinated .

Newborn Photography Petite Session

  • up to an hour session
  • 8 digital downloads
  • Parent or sibling may be added on for $100, which will extend your session time an extra half hour and add an additional 4 digital downloads. If you’d like family (parent, sibling, and family) it is $150 add on and adds 5 additional images

What is a newborn Photography session? 

  • A newborn portrait photography shoot, within the first ten days, is the perfect way to capture these special moments, and baby’s first few days in the big wide world.

When should I book my newborn photo session?

  • A lot of parents will leave it till their baby has arrive to book in their newborn photographer but this may be too late. I always suggest that clients try and book their newborn photographer after their scan at around 20 weeks, it’s one thing less to think about later in your pregnancy and you’re more likely to get the photographer of your choice.

What is the best age for a newborn photography session? 

  • Ideally, you should book your newborn photo session to take place when your baby is between 6 and 14 days old.

Where does my sessions take place?

  • My newborn photography sessions usually take place in my Houston home studio, which is based in The Woodlands, Texas. Here I have all of my props and accessories to hand.

What is the process to book a newborn session?

  • Once you have contacted me and decided you would like to book a newborn session we will pencil your due date on my calendar.

What do I need to bring to my session?

  • All clients have access to my extensive props, accessories, and wardrobe.

How long does the session last?

  • My newborn sessions last anywhere between 40 mins-2 1/2 hours. My sessions are baby led, so some babies may need more time.

Have you been trained in safety with newborns?

  • It is important to understand that I take baby safety very seriously and  I have been on many newborn photography workshops over the years training my skills and safety in this area.
